Aquinas Head Cook, Jenny White, met ‘Huskerland Bob’ (aka Bob Jensen) back in 2015 when her son, Mitch, was featured on the cover of the Huskerland Prep Report (pictured below). Jenny was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2016. (Read more about her fight here)
