I have read the Tuition Policy, that outlines the expectations of tuition payment(s) for the upcoming academic year.(Required)

I agree to use FACTS Tuition Management Program for scholarship application and issuing of awarded scholarship, enrollment and tuition payment scheduling.

Should I fail to do so I acknowledge: that scholarships may not be awarded to my student(s) AND if the school has made reasonable attempts to collect delinquent tuition, but I have failed to pay, legal actions will be pursued by the school.
