T-Shirt Design Contest

Join us in celebrating creativity and community spirit with the Aquinas Catholic Elementary Fundraiser T-Shirt Design Contest. This is a fantastic opportunity for students to showcase their artistic talents and contribute to a memorable event. Whether you are a budding artist or just love to express yourself, we encourage everyone to participate. The winning design will not only be featured on this year’s event shirts but will also receive their choice of t-shirt or hoodie. Let your imagination run wild and submit your designs by the deadline. We can’t wait to see what you create!

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Open for any currently enrolled students in Aquinas Catholic Schools (K-12)

EACH SUMBISSION MUST INCLUDE

  • student name
  • grade level
  • design title
  • short explanation (2–4 sentences) describing the meaning of the design

ACCEPTED FILE FORMATS

  • pdf
  • png
  • jpeg
  • hand-drawn artwork should be submitted as a clean, high-quality scan, photo or original drawing on 8.5″ x 11″ paper

DEADLINE

  • all entries must be submitted by: July 1, 2026
  • late submissions will not be accepted

JUDGING CRITERIA
designs will be judged on:

  • creativity and originality
  • connection to catholic identity and school spirit
  • visual appeal
  • printability on a t-shirt
  • overall presentation

SELECTION PROCESS

  • a panel of faculty/staff/parent judges will review submissions
  • finalists may be displayed for student voting
  • the school reserves the right to make minor modifications to the winning design for printing purposes
  • the winner will be announced during the first week of school august 2026

PRIZE

  • winning design featured on the official elementary school fundraiser t-shirt for 2026-2027 school year
  • free t-shirt or hooded sweatshirt for the winner
  • recognition at school assembly & in school communications

RIGHTS & PERMISSIONS
by entering the contest:

  • students grant the school permission to use, reproduce, and modify submitted artwork for school-related purposes
  • submitted designs become property of the school if selected as the winning design

CODE OF INTEGRITY

  • this contest celebrates student creativity, honesty, and talent
  • submissions should reflect the integrity and values of our catholic school community
  • any form of plagiarism, tracing, copied artwork, or ai-generated content is prohibited
